Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 Tbsp
- oleo - 1 item
- curry powder
- Ritz crackers - 24 item
- tomato sauce - 4 oz
- medium onions - 2 item
- medium zucchini - 1 item
- medium yellow squash - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Slice squash and onions into a casserole dish. Dot with oleo and add water to prevent sticking. Bake, covered, until tender. Mix Ritz cracker crumbs, tomato sauce, melted oleo and curry powder. Spoon on top of squash. Poke into the squash a little soRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
