  • cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and blend with creamed mixture. Fold in nuts and zucchini with wooden spoon. Bake in 2 loaf pans for 1 hour at 350°.
