  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs; add sugar and beat well. Add oil. Beat well. Stir in other ingredients. Pour in greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
