Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• nuts optional - 1 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix zucchini and sugar; let set a few minutes until sugar dissolves. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to one hour. Makes one large loaf or two small.
