  • Crisco oil - 1 c
  • sugar
  • grated and peeled zucchini - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix wet and dry ingredients well and place in a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
