  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • nuts or raisins - 1 item

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all together and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or so at 325°.
