Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- finely cut-up dried apricots - 1 c
How to make apricot nut bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 1 large or 2 small loaf pans. Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl; beat on medium speed for 1/2 minute. Pour into pan(s). Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Remove from pan(s) and cool thoroughly before slicing.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
