  • oil - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • nuts and raisins optional - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350° for 40 minutes. Will make 2 small loaves.
