Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• raisins optional - 1 item
• grated, raw zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Blend well. Add zucchini and all dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in nuts and raisins. Turn into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
