  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • zucchini raw, peeled and grated - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs. Add zucchini, oil and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla. Bake in greased loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 3 small loaves.
