Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• raisins - 1 c
• grated raw zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat first 5 ingredients. Sift together next 5 ingredients and add to wet mixture. Fold in nuts and raisins. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
