  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • dash of hot pepper sauce - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • onion, sliced thin - 1/2 c
  • jar chopped pimento, drained - 1 oz
  • 2 medium zucchini, cut into chunks - 4 c

How to make zucchini bake:

Combine zucchini and onion in 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap; microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Drain. Add cheese, pimento, salt and pepper. Toss lightly. Beat eggs and hot pepper sauce togeth
