Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • can diced tomatoes - 1 item
  • clove of garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • cup mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • 4-5 zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 item
  • cup croutons, crushed - 1 item

How to make zucchini bake:

Melt margarine in skillet, add mushrooms and zucchini. Saute until tender. Add tomatoes and garlic. Pour into small casserole dish, top with croutons, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
