- to 8 skinless chicken breasts and thighs - 6 item
- 2 size can sauerkraut
- Thousand Island dressing - 1 item
- Swiss cheese slices - 1 item
How to make yummy chicken:
Lay chicken pieces in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Rinse sauerkraut twice with cold water. Layer it over the chicken. Cover with Thousand Island dressing (moderately generous) to sustain moisture. Cover these ingredients with Swiss cheese, thinly sliced. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
