Ingredients/Components
- banana - 1/2 item
- yogurt - 1/2 c
- dash of cinnamon if desired - 1 item
- other fruit: canned pineapple, apricots, mandarin oranges, fresh or frozen berries, etc - 1/4 c
How to make yogurt smoothie:
