  • banana - 1/2 item
  • yogurt - 1/2 c
  • dash of cinnamon if desired - 1 item
  • other fruit: canned pineapple, apricots, mandarin oranges, fresh or frozen berries, etc - 1/4 c

How to make yogurt smoothie:

Blend all ingredients for 1 minute and pour into glasses. Makes 1 cup.
