Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 gal
- gelatin - 2 Tbsp
- cold water - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- plain yogurt - 6 Tbsp
- white sugar
How to make yogurt:
Heat milk to 190°. Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water; add to milk when it reaches 190°. Cool to 130°. Add vanilla, yogurt and sugar. Beat until smooth; cover and put in oven with just the pilot overnight or like 5 hours, until set. Take out and beat well again, then cool.
