Amaretto cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- Amaretto - 1/2 c
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
- whipped topping or whipped cream - 1 item
- lots of coconut or chopped nuts - 1 item
How to make amaretto cake:
Heat in saucepan the oleo, sugar and Amaretto. Drizzle on cake and bake 5 minutes more. Cool cake for 15 minutes. Invert on cake plate. When cool, lightly cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature with whipped topping or whipped cream.
