- milk
- nonfat dry milk - 3/4 c
- yogurt - 1/2 c
How to make yogurt:
Bring 1 1/2 gallons milk (skimmed off) to a boiling point. Cool to lukewarm. Beat 3/4 cup dry mix with 2 cups of the heated milk and add yogurt. Now add to cooled milk and let set until thick in warm place.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
