Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 5 c
- warm water
- dry milk - 3/4 c
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- lukewarm water - 1/2 c
How to make yeast rolls:
Mix yeast and 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients with yeast and water; let stand about 2 hours. Then make your rolls. Bake in hot oven, about 425°, for 10 to 12 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
