Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 3/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- warm water - 2 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make yeast rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add other ingredients and mix by hand. Grease muffin tins, fill 1/2 full. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.Make as many as you want. Store the rest in a covered bowl in refrigerator and use as desired.
