Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 6 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- lukewarm water - 1/2 c
- lukewarm milk
- shortening, melted - 1/2 c
- cakes yeast - 2 item
How to make yeast rolls:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add milk, shortening, salt, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour slowly. Mix until dough is formed. Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease surface. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Make into rolls. Place in pan and let rise. Bake at 425° until done.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
