Applesauce oat bran muffins

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• egg whites - 2 item
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• raisins - 1/2 c
• applesauce
• oat bran - 1 c

How to make applesauce oat bran muffins:

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add applesauce and raisins; mix well. Combine oat bran, flour and cinnamon in bowl. Add applesauce mixture. Mix just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes until golden brown.
