Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt
- egg - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- wonton wrappers - 1 pkg
- to 3 green onions, chopped - 2 item
- lean ground pork - 3 oz
- sesame seed oil optional - 1 tsp
- shrimp in shell - 1 lb
How to make wonton:
Seasoning:1 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar1 tsp. soy sauce1 tsp. sesame seed oil (optional) Shell and devein the shrimp. Rinse with cold water; drain and pat dry with paper towels. In mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, green onions, egg and seasonings. Mix all ingredients together except wonton wrappers.Assembling: Place 1 full teaspoon of filling into the center; fold wrapper over and press tight around filling. Heat water to boil. Add wonton; boil until cooked and drain. Add soy sauce and serve. Can be deep fried.
