Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1/3 c
- cans corn, drained - 2 oz
- slices uncooked bacon, diced - 4 item
How to make boston baked corn:
Combine catsup, onion, brown sugar, dry mustard and salt. Stir in the corn. Put into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with diced, uncooked bacon. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about an hour.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
