Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 6 Tbsp
  • molasses - 3 Tbsp
  • warm water
  • whole wheat flour - 6 c
  • yeast - 2 pkg

How to make whole wheat bread:

Dissolve yeast in water. Add eggs, salt, oil and molasses. Mix well. Mix in flour. Knead until smooth. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until about double. Shape into 2 loaves. Place in greased pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
