- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 6 Tbsp
- molasses - 3 Tbsp
- warm water
- whole wheat flour - 6 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
How to make whole wheat bread:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add eggs, salt, oil and molasses. Mix well. Mix in flour. Knead until smooth. Cover. Let rise in a warm place until about double. Shape into 2 loaves. Place in greased pans.
