- molasses - 6 Tbsp
- warm water - 3 to
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- whole wheat flour
- dry yeast - 2 Tbsp
How to make whole wheat bread:
Warm flour in 150° oven (about 20 minutes). In meantime, grease 2 bread pans. Dissolve honey, molasses and yeast in 2 cups of water. Make a hole in flour. Add salt and pour in yeast mixture. Stir and add more warm water until dough is elastic. Divide into 2 bread pans and let rise (about 1 hour). Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
