Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vanilla in 1/2 pt - 1 tsp
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Topping:3/4 c. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon2 1/2 Tbsp. oil Combine all ingredients, except vanilla and sour cream mixture. After using a hand mixer, slowly add vanilla and sour cream.Before pouring mixture in a round Bundt pan, in a separate bowl, combine topping mix. Pour 1/2 mixture in pan. Sprinkle topping inside. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes.
