- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- small can Milnot - 1 item
- white chocolate, melted and cooled
- Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder alternately with buttermilk
How to make white chocolate cake:
Cream together butter and sugar; add melted chocolate, then eggs, beating well. Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder alternately with buttermilk. Fold in vanilla, pecans and coconut. Bake in three 9-inch pans for 45 minutes at 350°.Icing:2 c. sRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, American.
