- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- flour plain - 4 Tbsp
- Pet milk
- box coconut - 1 item
- Cool
- seedless blackberry jam - 1 c
How to make christmas jam cake:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in 3 layers in 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Cool.Icing:2 c. sugar4 Tbsp. flour (plain)1 c. butter1 1/2 c.
