  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • water - 3/4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • whiskey - 1/2 c
  • instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
  • Beat for about 2 minutes

How to make whiskey cake:

Mix all ingredients (except whiskey, sugar and butter) in bowl. Beat for about 2 minutes. Bake in ungreased angel food pan at 350° for 60 minutes.Topping:1 stick butter1/2 c. whiskey1/2 c. sugar Melt together butter, whiskey and sugar, stirring continuously. Poke holes in cake on top. While cake is still warm, pour topping over it. Wait until cake is cold before removing it from pan.
