- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 (8
- pistachio pudding - 1 pkg
- large can pineapple tidbits Dole, do not drain - 1 item
How to make pistachio dessert:
Empty pudding package into a large bowl. Add pineapple tidbits slowly, a little at a time, with juice. Mix well. Stir in marshmallows. Stir in Cool Whip, a little at a time. You can use less than 8 ounces, if you want a little smaller serving size. Mix in nuts, saving a few to decorate the top of the Cool Whip when mixing is complete.
