- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- grated American or nippy spreading cheese - 1 c
How to make welsh rabbit:
Melt butter, add flour and blend. Add milk and cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese and stir over low heat until melted. Add seasonings. Serve over hot toast or crackers. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Cheese.
