Water chestnut dip
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- minced fresh parsley - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- can whole water chestnuts, drained and minced - 1 oz
How to make water chestnut dip:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 2 1/4 cups of dip.This recipe can be made and refrigerated for several days before using.
