- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
- olive oil
- green onions, chopped - 6 item
- sliced green olives - 1/2 c
- carrots, shredded - 2 item
- sliced black olives - 1/2 c
- can artichoke hearts, chopped - 1 item
- each diced: green, red and yellow bell pepper - 1 item
How to make confetti pasta salad:
Dressing:6 Tbsp. olive oil4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar2 Tbsp. lemon juice3 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. Italian seasoning1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper Cook pasta and cool. Toss gently with all chopped vegetables and Parmesan cheeseRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Ravioli/tortellini.
