  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
  • olive oil
  • green onions, chopped - 6 item
  • sliced green olives - 1/2 c
  • carrots, shredded - 2 item
  • sliced black olives - 1/2 c
  • can artichoke hearts, chopped - 1 item
  • each diced: green, red and yellow bell pepper - 1 item

How to make confetti pasta salad:

Dressing:6 Tbsp. olive oil4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar2 Tbsp. lemon juice3 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. Italian seasoning1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper Cook pasta and cool. Toss gently with all chopped vegetables and Parmesan cheese
