  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil - 2/3 c

How to make spinach salad dressing:

Combine the ingredients. Wash fresh spinach. Add mushrooms, bacon and croutons. Add dressing and serve.
