Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- Dijon mustard
- grated cheese - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 2 tsp
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- fettucini - 3 oz
- broccoli flowerets - 2 c
- garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- sliced mushrooms - 2 c
- dill - 1 tsp
- pitted black olives - 1 c
- snow peas - 2 c
- cheese tortellini - 8 oz
- Combine peas, broccoli, tomatoes, olives and mushrooms in large bowl
How to make pasta salad:
Boil snow peas and broccoli 1 minute each; drain. Combine peas, broccoli, tomatoes, olives and mushrooms in large bowl. Cook pasta according to directions, drain and cool. Mix pasta and vegetables together with cheese and dressing.Pasta Salad Dressing:1/2 c. sliced green onions1/3 c. red wine vinegar1/3 c. vegetable oil1/3 c. olive oil2 Tbsp. chopped parsley2 garlic cloves, minced2 tsp. basil1 tsp. dill1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. oregano1 1/2 tsp.
