Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- ground pork sausage - 1/2 lb
- condensed milk - 1/2 c
- ground venison - 1 lb
- dehydrated minced onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make venison burger:
Combine meat with seasonings and mix well. Add egg and condensed milk. Add enough bread crumbs to make mixture hold together without being sticky or dry. Season to your liking. Shape into 6 medium patties and broil, fry or charcoal grill as you would hamburgers. Top with sliced cheese in the last minute of cooking, if you prefer.
