Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- dry red wine - 2/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
- ground venison
How to make venison burgers:
Mix all ingredients; form into thick patties. Cook on barbecue grill, 4 inches from coals or broil in oven for 10 minutes on each side (less for rare burgers). Serve immediately in hot burger buns. Yields 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Deer.
