Ingredients/Components

  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • dry red wine - 2/3 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
  • ground venison

How to make venison burgers:

Mix all ingredients; form into thick patties. Cook on barbecue grill, 4 inches from coals or broil in oven for 10 minutes on each side (less for rare burgers). Serve immediately in hot burger buns. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
