Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
- hamburger buns - 1 item
- ground venison
- dry red wine optional - 2/3 c
How to make venison burgers:
Mix all ingredients; form into thick patties. Cook on barbecue grill or broil in oven, 10 minutes on each side (less for rare burgers). Serve on hot hamburger buns. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Deer.
