Ingredients/Components

  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • minced onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
  • hamburger buns - 1 item
  • ground venison
  • dry red wine optional - 2/3 c

How to make venison burgers:

Mix all ingredients; form into thick patties. Cook on barbecue grill or broil in oven, 10 minutes on each side (less for rare burgers). Serve on hot hamburger buns. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
