Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- ground venison - 1 lb
How to make venison burgers:
Saute onions, parsley and garlic in butter. Combine onion mixture with meat and seasoning. Form into patties and grill to desired doneness.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Deer.
