Ingredients/Components
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- large can tomato juice - 1 item
- okra, cut - 1 c
- corn - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- field peas - 1 c
- butter beans - 1 c
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- ground round - 1 lb
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste - 1 item
- noodles - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable soup:
Brown ground round in water, stirring often; drain. In large pot, combine all ingredients, except noodles. Cook until tender. Add noodles and continue to cook until noodles are tender.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
