  • flour - 1 item
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • large potatoes - 4 item
  • beef stew meat - 1/4 1/2
  • green peppers - 2 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • large tomato - 1 item
  • large carrots - 3 item
  • celery stalks - 2 item
  • fresh parsley, chopped optional - 1 Tbsp
  • soup bone - 1 item
  • handful dry beans - 1 item
  • to 8 bouillon cubes - 6 item
  • Add chopped vegetables and saute until juices have evaporated
  • Flatten dough and break into small pieces

How to make vegetable soup:

Saute onions and oil in large 6-quart pot. Add chopped vegetables and saute until juices have evaporated. Add paprika.

Fill pot 3/4 full with boiling water. Add bone, meat, beans and bouillon cubes. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat and vegetables are cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.Soup Dumplings (Optional):1 egg pinch of salt flour Mix together egg, salt and flour, adding as much flour as needed until dough becomes firm consistency to break off into small pieces. Flatten dough and break into small pieces. Add to soup 1 hour before serving.*INXSALADS:
