- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- large carton sour cream - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 1
- paprika - 1 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Boil potatoes until tender and then cube. Place in a buttered large casserole. Layer next 6 ingredients and top with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly and cheese melts.This makes a lot of potatoes and even freezes.
