Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- or 2 tubes crescent rolls, rolled 1/4-inch thick - 1 item
- fresh vegetables: tomatoes, broccoli, carrots, peppers, shredded cheese, cauliflower, radishes and green peppers - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Roll dough out onto an 11 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Hidden Valley mix and onion. Spread onto cooled crust. Use vegetables of various colors for prettiest pizza; sprinkle onto creamed mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
