Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
- envelope Ranch salad dressing mix - 1 item
- 8 count cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- chopped mixed vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes, radishes - 2 c
How to make vegetable pizza:
Line 10 x 15-inch baking pan with roll dough, pressing edges and perforations to seal. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Cool to room temperature.Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, salad dressing mix and mayonnaise; mix well. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with vegetables and Cheddar cheese.
