Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- Ranch dressing - 4 oz
- dill weed or sweet basil - 1 tsp
- cheese combination of Cheddar and Mozzarella
- optional veggies cauliflower, celery, carrots, broccoli, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, onions - 1 item
How to make vegetable pizza:
Pat down rolls in pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.Mix cream cheese, dill weed and Ranch dressing. Spread over cooled crescent rolls. Choose 3 or 4 different veggies and cut into small pieces for about 2 cups. Mix veggies with cheese and pat into cream cheese mixture.
For Taco Vegetable Pizza, use taco dressing and taco cheese.
