Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- onion, chopped - 3/4 c
- tomatoes, chopped - 3/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 3/4 c
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- carrots, chopped - 3/4 c
- broccoli, chopped - 3/4 c
- crescent rolls 8 to pkg - 2 pkg
- dry Hidden Valley seasoning - 1 pkg
- shredded cheese white/yellow - 3/4 c
How to make vegetable pizza:
Lay crescent rolls flat on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and Hidden Valley dry seasoning. Spread over cooled crescent rolls. Sprinkle chopped vegetables and cheese on top.Note: Use any variety of vegetables you like. Use Mozzarella, Cheddar, etc. for cheese. Makes it look like pizza.
