- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- green beans - 1 c
- dried tarragon leaves - 1 tsp
- low salt low-fat chicken broth - 4 c
How to make vegetable chowder:
In large saucepan, cook onion, chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, green beans, parsley, tarragon and pepper. Heat to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.Recipe categories: Low calorie, Soups & stews, Chowders.
