Vegetable chowder
Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- low sodium chicken broth - 4 c
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cut green beans - 1 c
- dried tarragon leaves - 1 tsp
How to make vegetable chowder:
In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook onion in margarine until tender. Add chicken broth, carrots, potatoes, green beans, parsley, tarragon and pepper. Heat to a boil; reduce heat.
