Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- mixed vegetables - 1 lb
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables; drain. Mix other ingredients and crumble crackers on top. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
